THE BOOK SIGNING WAS A SUCCESS!

The booksigning this weekend was a huge success. I signed 12 books. Hey, I have been to some booksignings where NONE were signed...so I consider this awesome! The owners of Prairie Shop Quilts (Patrick and Bonita...located in Batavia, IL) who hosted my booksigning were awesome. We actually had a lot of fun and laughs. They are now going to be hosting a trunk show with several quilts from both "Scraps of Time" and "A Shortcut to Drunkard's Path."

Hey, congratulations on both the book signing AND the raffle! How lucky can you get???

I took Scraps of Time to work with me yesterday, and it was a big hit with coworkers, even non-quilters. Several were fascinated with the concept of making quilts from clothing..If I didn't work myself, I could stay quite busy making quilts for these folks!

Amy, I know how you feel. Too much to do, too little time-equals stress! Take care of yourself, try to get some rest, and don't worry-we're here when you're ready.

Great picture Ann you and Amy should be proud of the work you have done writing these books. Congrats on getting your quilt in that compilation book too!!
